A 25 year-old woman presented with headaches.
Magnetic Resonance Venogram Note the absence of the left sigmoid sinus, as well as the complete absence of the left internal jugular vein. The left lateral sinus is attenuated. The spectrum of clinical presentations of venous thrombosis is wide: from headaches to venous infarctions, focal neurologic deficits, seizures and increased intracranial pressure.
